I'm running the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run 2026 as part of #TeamBowelCancerUK.  

My sister was diagnosed with bowel cancer in October last year. Watching her battle this awful disease over the past few months has been incredibly tough, but she has shown more courage, strength and determination than I ever thought possible. She is a true warrior and I am so unbelievably proud of her ❤️

I can't take away what she's going through or make her better, but this is my way of giving something back and supporting her as much as I can in raising funds for this amazing charity.

The funds they receive will allow them to continue their research and  support in early diagnosis and treatment.
