My Story
I am taking part in my first 10k event to raise money for Kidneys for Life for the incredible work they do.
My close friend Amy received a kidney transplant 10 years ago, following an extremely difficult few years in and out of hospital, travelling for treatment and putting life on hold. This was an extremely difficult time for Amy, her family, one of which was her donor, and those close to her.
Amy has decided she wants to celebrate her 10 year Kidneyversary by taking part in this event so I will be joining Amy and her mum to help towards raising awareness, research and to say thank you so any donation is greatly appreciated đź’ś

It’s not all about the adults, the AJ Bell Junior & Mini Great Manchester Run give the kids a chance to experience that finish line feeling, earn a special medal & raise money for good causes.
