Last year we lost a beautiful human to cancer, my amazing stepdad Richard.
He loved to run, so in his honour me and the family are going to be to be doing the Manchester 10k on Sunday 31st May. I'm raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support who were amazing during the most difficult 7 weeks.
I'm no runner (last time I tried, Richard had to drag me) but I've tried my best to put in the effort to train, so please donate!
